A Poll on the QGIS Sponsored Developer Programme
Submitted by Tim Sutton on Thu, 2006-11-09 18:52.
Well its been an interesting few weeks with the launch of our sponsored developer programme. You can see a nice pie chart here showing where all the money has come rolling in from.
In the around 2 weeks since we started the sponsorship drive we have already received $1152 in donations.
I've set up a poll on the QGIS home page and would be greatful if existing QGIS contributors and users could take a moment to express your views on the sponsored developer programme.

Canada Rocks (right after Italy, of course)
Go Canada go! I was proud to support this donation programme, it is a great idea. I'm looking forward to see how the money can tighten up the 0.8 release.
I'm glad to know a few Italians - seems we both know a good idea when we see one! Perhap there is some deeper philosophical connection between our countrymen. They obviously lead the way in donations, with us Canucks trailing in second place. Boy, what other great things could we accomplish together if we put our minds to it?
[Oops you have a typo in your QGIS HOME PAGE URL - obviously you know it should be: http://qgis.org not htpp ]

Thanks! Fixed! Maybe for our next sponsorship drive we can fund an official blogger with a) a brain and b) who can spell!
